For most of the clips the pickups are old Schallers (a standard humbucker of the Gibson or Duncan "Seth Lover" type, as far as I can tell).
The first clean clip ('Clean1') was done on a Fishman piezo tune-o-matic bridge pickup. It's a great sound - not entirely acoustic, but definitely great for some pop clean kinds of things.
For the heavy settings the guitar settings were full-up, all on the bridge pickup. An exception was the heavy clip at the link 'Heavy4,' which was bridge and neck pickups full-up with the neck's treble pot rolled-off to near zero.
